I’ve never had this problem before but my stylist today was the absolute freaking worst. Her attitude was appalling. She was rude, non-engaging, and had no customer service skills what so ever. I can not for the life of me remember her name but she had long brunette hair. There was only two stylists working today and the other was blonde. We wish we’d have gotten her but I wasn’t expecting such awful service from the other. She literally just guessed a hair style instead of prying and asking my son, which I get he’s younger and not as style savvy, but she didn’t ask me either. She actually didn’t speak one word to me until I had to go correct her bowl cutting my sons bangs. He seriously looked like one of the three stooges. I told her I wanted a fade so she proceeds to put a 1 guard on the buzzer and shaves him flat all the way to the top of his head. She was rather aggressive about it too. I stood there saying “not like that but a fade cut” and then actually had to show her a picture of a faded cut on goggle. She then says rudely “I know” even though she wasn’t making it look anything like it. I’m upset I paid $30 for a haircut neither of us even like. He left with a cow lick and hair still stuck all over his face. She didn’t wash his hair at all so I’m not sure why I paid for the MVP. She was just rude and rushy. I didn’t like it. I’ve been bringing my boy here for over a year and I seriously never want to return based off this one experience. This lady needs to work at Walmart with how poorly she treated me and mine.
