By far the worst salon I EVER been too, you guys left my son with a mushroom hair cut, cut him a few times and didn’t even do the job right!!! This is so unprofessional I don’t recommend this place to no one.

My son was in today for his monthly trip and shape up. He came out looking like he was ready for the military service! He has a complete and uneven buzz cut!!! For a teenager, this is totally embarrassing. He went from having long, wavy hair on top to NO hair! We will have to have someone recut it next week. I am SO very disappointed. We will never be back to Sports Clips. The stylist should have been able to see from his file that he was in three weeks ago and doesn’t wear his hair so short. Totally unacceptable.

If I could go lower than one star I would. I took both my boys to have a hair cut. Each got different stylist. Both asked for what is called a “faded” haircut....I was horrified at the haircut one of my boys received. All she did was used the clippers and shaved his hair off. No style to it what’s so ever. She did 3 people while the other son was still with his stylist getting a proper haircut...I did complain to the stylist that gave the good cut, since the other stylist was with a customer. I wanted to tell her myself... I felt embarrassed he had to leave there with the worst cut ever. I guess the good news is...it will grow back. Whoever responds to the dissatisfied reviews, don’t bother with responding to mine...I’ve read your responses to others not pleased... all you do is say you’re sorry, and next say you tried your best. That’s not enough.Id like to get his money back. My son paid for his and his brothers haircut...he still was kind enough to give her a tip...if I had known, I would have told him not. The stylist...who gave the worst cut ever....needs to go to Barber School...

The service was great @ the Greenwood SC location. Hannah was very nice and well mannered. She carried on a good conversation with me. She did a great job cutting my hair and giving me the VIP treatment that I did not intend to get. She convinced me into getting it, It was well worth it too. I will definitely go back to the Greenwood SC location to see Hannah again. She needs a raise or a bonus.

Waited for my son to get a haircut for over 30 minutes, he was the next one in line. 3 stylist were working as slow as possible, taking time to text, have a drink, chat amongst themselves. We finally had to leave without getting a haircut and the wait time had increased to 40 minutes with a lobby full and no one in a chair! Very aggravating!

For the wait time we definitely encourage you to use our Online Check In system, as people who check in through that move ahead of walk-ins. It will definitely improve on the wait time. Came in at 4pm on Sunday with three stylist on deck, was told they were not seeing anyone else because they close in an hour..... 4 people in line ahead .... guess they don’t want business
